Quince Tea with Cinnamon

How to make quince tea with cinnamon
:Ingredients for 2 people

How to make dried quinces
Choose a yellow quince and cut it into half with a sharp knife. Do not peel it because the skin is nutritional too. Then cut the pieces into half again. You can keep the seeds in a jar. The seeds are useful for sore throat when they are steep in boiled water
After cutting the fruit into pieces, now grate them. You can dry them by roasting in a pan over a medium heat until they turn to brown. Do not burn them, just heat them enough till they lose water
When your quinces are ready now you can make your tea
Put the quinces, cinnamon stick, cardamom powder, rose petals, saffron and enough boiled water in a tea pot. Heat the tea pot for 30 minutes over medium heat. Now your fragrant hot quince tea is ready. Pour into your favorite cups and enjoy
